Tara means star. I read the sky the Indian way: by the stars themselves, the moon before the sun, and the chart as weather, never as a sentence. You still choose how to walk in it.

Questions people ask

Is my Western sign wrong?

It is counted differently. The Western way follows the seasons, the Indian way follows the stars. They matched about seventeen hundred years ago and have drifted about twenty-four degrees apart since. For about four birth dates in five, the Indian sun sign is one sign earlier.

How is my sign worked out?

From the exact moments the sun crosses from one constellation into the next, calculated with an astronomy library checked against NASA's data, and counted the Lahiri way, the official standard in India. Nothing is guessed from your name or your answers.

I do not know my birth time. Can I still get it?

Yes. Tick the box. I send everything your date and place can tell, and say plainly where it could be one of two.

What do you do with my email and birth details?

I keep them to send your chart. I write again only if you said yes. Nothing is sold. Reply to any email with the word remove, or use the link at the bottom of every email, and I stop writing; ask me and I delete your details. The chart is for adults: you must be 18 or older.
